How We Spent Our Spring Break!
We spent a couple of weeks making drawings and dictating comments to Mr. Merrick about our Spring Break! I went skiing in Telluride with my friend and I went to ski class, and it was my friend Preston’s birthday and we got to ski after ski school. I learned how to ski moguls without falling! And I had a really fun time! That’s it!

I usually went on a website every day and made a birthday list, and I looked at Legos at a Lego site. My granma came and I went to Dragon Park. I counted my money and I have more than 20 dollars! I had 22 dollars once and that was enough to buy a whole Lego set and I almost built it all by myself.

I maade Easter eggs out of playfoam. My sister handed me the playfoam sculptures. I actually made them really colorful with a spray. I made the eggs and I hid them. Then my sister had to find them! Then she hid them, and I had to find them.

First I went to Mason’s house. Then I went to Texas. And then I saw my cousins. I played video games with them. Super Smash Bros. Brawl and another game. Then I went to Mississippi and saw my grandfather. Annnnnnnd Good.

Well over spring break I went to my grand’s house with my mom and dad and my mom stayed longer than my dad because my dad had to leave early. I got to see my new cousin Carly and my old cousin Libby and my friends Cole and Kate. I didn’t get to see my friend Tyler but I see him almost every summer. I got to watch a lot of TV and play a lot of video games. I got to watch a lot of movies, like Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Over the Hedge, and Kung Foo Panda, heeeeeeaaaaah.

I went to Florida, went to the beach and went really far out. It was fun that I got to go in a pool. I got a big apartment and I drove in a car!

My grandparents came to Nashville from Alabama. They took me to the park every morning and they took my training wheels off my bike. I went to baseball practice and I got my uniform. It came with a belt! When my grandparents left I got to go get my kickstand for my bike. I rode my bike and fell a few times. I got a few scrapes.

I got a toy racetrack. We went to the park with the whole family. We watched t.v. and mostly watched the Smurfs. We stayed in Dallas for six days at my grandma’s house. It was fun!

I went to Disneyworld! I got to see a lot of characters like Snow White Sleeping Beauty. I got to eat at the Crystal Palace and sit at Cinderella’s royal table. I met Belle from Beauty and the Beast, I watched parades, met lots of six year old girls and some eight year olds. One girl was named Charlie and she was really nice. That’s it!

I went to California, the real desert, and I saw a rattlesnake. And then I went to Disneyland for one day! And then I went back to California and then I came here and one of the parts that was my favorite was scrambling in the desert.

I went to Fort Meyers in Florida. We got to see what the waterside pool looked like and then we looked at the normal pool. Then we went to our room, which was on the 12th floor of the hotel. We told my mom and my baby brother about the pools. After we went swimming we ate at Chick-fil-A and we saw some of our friends there. Then we decided to go to the beach with them the next day. At the end of the trip we roasted marshmallows and they were so good! Thanks to the guy who was singing in the hotel, we got to roast marshmallows.

I went to the zoo with Aden and I made a Lego cabin, really 3 of them attached together. I went to Indiana to the French Lick Hotel. It has an arcade, a swimming pool, and tennis courts, like in a different place.

Over spring break I went bowling with my family and my friends in Chicago, and they had another fun game called BocceBall. When I played bowling instead of my name being Graham I did it Goofygoober! My score was 106. (Mr. Merrick’s when he bowled in KY only scored 105).

I went on a plane to Baltimore. I’m drawing a picture about the plane. I played iTouch the entire time I was on the plane and it was really fun.

I went to the Sears Tower. I went to the Hancock Building and I went in the fastest elevator in North America. And I went to the best pizza place in North America, called Gino’s Pizza, and I saw the big giant coffee bean as big as the computer lab, and I went under it!

I went to Disneyworld, with my mom, my dad, and my sister. I went on Splash Mountain and I got 4 sticks of rock candy. In one day we just stayed home and we went in a hot tub and in a pool and they had a fake beach.

I rode my bike all around the community and sometimes I went to my friend’s house. We played some games and learned to play piano at his house and I got to play against my friend and my other friend. My favorite game is DragonballZ.

I went to Chattanooga. And after I got dressed in the morning we went to Chattanooga Aquarium then after we went there we went swimming. There’s a place in the hotel where you can go swimming. Then we went to the Adventure Science Museum.

I was on Spring Break and I went to South Carolina and I went to play golf there. And I went to the beach and we saw a crab and we saw dolphins at the beach. And I went to the driving range and I hit one into the hole.

I went to Atlanta and the first thing that I did when I got there was a huge black piece of metal that flew through the air and hit the front of our car and made a huge dent in the radiator. Then my aunt came to pick us up and we went to the American Girls’ store and we ate dinner with the American Girls. And then we drove to Sewanee for two nights. and my favorite part was cracking nuts!

I did two things. I went to Gatlinburg and an inside water park. An I went to a museum and I couldn’t ride a ride at the inside water park because he said if I rode it I would get 36 stitches ’cause I was too short. It was called the “Storm Chaser.” And I also did something else with my dad. My cousin came and he’s graduating soon and he played with my puppy. My puppy’s name is Teddy!

I went to Disneyworld and Universal Studios. I liked them both. There are two fun rides, one at Universal, a chipmunk rollercoaster ride and one at Disney, a little kids’ goofy rollercoaster. I went on the one at Universal four times!
